Hi, I'm Marta Grawon, founder of Intuitive Minds Studio. My work centres on one thing I've always done naturally: taking something complex, layered, or not yet fully formed and helping it become clear.

That shows up differently depending on the project. For filmmakers and producers, it means shaping the language of development and pitching  (loglines, treatments, pitch decks), so that a project's core idea is expressed precisely and framed for the right audience, whether that's a commissioning editor, a festival, or an international co-production partner. This is increasingly where my focus lies, particularly with Polish film and TV professionals navigating international pitching contexts where the standards and expectations aren't always visible from the inside.

For others, it means English coaching tailored to how they actually think and communicate - working mainly with creative industry professionals, though not exclusively. Or translation and editing that preserves the tone and intent of the original, not just its meaning.

And then there's visual design, which works the other way. Where language tames a vision and makes it legible to decision-makers, visuals strengthen it, deepen its atmosphere, and trigger the imagination of whoever encounters it. Both are about articulating intention: one in relation to the logic of a story, the other to its tone and feeling. I find I need both.

My background began in classical music in London, where I spent ten years working with leading European artists, including Sir John Eliot Gardiner. That world taught me how to listen carefully, structure thoughtfully, and support creative work at a high level. Over time, those instincts carried me through translation, editing and visual design, and increasingly into film and TV development, collaborating with organisations including Polish Producers Alliance, Producers Guild of Poland, MTL Maxfilm, Watchout Studio, Next Film, Yung Horisons as well as independent producers and international teams.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Each project has its own logic, and finding that logic, then making it visible, is what I love most about this work.
