We’ll walk through how international pitches and pitch decks are typically structured - what to include, what to skip, and how to think strategically depending on who you’re pitching to (festivals, platforms, sales agents, etc.)

Now that we have the map, we’ll focus on your specific project - distilling its essence, sharpening your logline, and finding the emotional or conceptual core that makes your pitch resonate.

Tone & Language

This is where we refine how you speak about your project - natural phrasing, cultural nuance, and clear, confident delivery. Not stiff, not scripted - just you, polished.

Pitch Day

You deliver your pitch - and we fine-tune together. We’ll work on delivery, pacing, transitions, and clarity. By the end, you’ll have a version you can carry into the room (or Zoom) with confidence.

Each session lasts 50 minutes. This ensures optimal focus and effectiveness for both you and me.

MATERIALS AHEAD OF TIME

You’ll send me your materials (treatment, bio, deck, summary - whatever you have) ahead of time, and I’ll send back notes and prompts to make our sessions focused and effective.

EXTRA SESSIONS

You’ll have the option to book additional follow-up sessions at my standard rate if you want to continue refining your pitch or other materials later.
